RECRUITS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using RECRUITS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RECRUITS.
2. Eligibility and minors
Users under 18 may use RECRUITS only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for the activity of minor athletes they manage. Users under 13 may not create accounts.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your role, school, team, or credentials. Professional roles may require verification.
4. Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, or exploit others; post unlawful, misleading, or sexually explicit content; contact minors inappropriately; scrape or bulk-collect data; send spam; interfere with the service; or violate recruiting rules of the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or other governing bodies.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant RECRUITS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the service according to your visibility settings. You must have the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Recruiting information
Profiles, metrics, stats, and offers may be self-reported. Verified labels reflect a review at a point in time. RECRUITS does not guarantee scholarships, offers, roster spots, or any recruiting outcome, and is not responsible for decisions made by athletes, coaches, or programs.
7. Connected services
If you connect a third-party service such as Gmail, RECRUITS acts only on actions you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end.
9. Scouts and referrals
Scout and referral programs are subject to their own program terms shown at enrollment. Commissions are paid only for eligible activity and may be withheld for fraud or violations.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put users at risk.
11. Disclaimers
RECRUITS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RECRUITS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
